Security Guard Duties:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment - Protect property and assets by maintaining a visible presence - Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances - Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons - Escort individuals to specified locations or provide safety training.
Skills:
- Conflict management:
Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally - Military
Experience:
Knowledge of military tactics and procedures is a plus - CCTV monitoring:
Proficient in operating surveillance equipment to monitor premises - CPR certification:
Trained in cardiopulmonary resuscitation techniques - Law enforcement knowledge:
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and procedures related to security operations - Surveillance skills:
Ability to observe and assess situations for potential risks or threats - Loss prevention:
Understanding of theft prevention techniques and strategies - Emergency response protocols Requirements:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and observation skills
