We are currently looking for a front office coordinator.
About You:
o Self Starter, Passionate, Friendly, Motivated and Energetic.
o Ability to perform and meet goals in a fast-paced environment.
o Should be familiar with Microsoft Office products o 1-2 years of experience preferred Job Description o Work with Front Desk, management and clinical teams for all dental insurance matters o Verify Insurance on an ongoing basis for existing patients and new patients o Insurance Breakdown with procedure codes o Entering the insurance breakdown in Practice Works o Work on Accounts receivable and be accountable for management of healthy A/R numbers o Sending E-claims and following up with any rejections o Submitting narratives and radiographs with claims o Other routine front office and administrative tasks We Offer:
