The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Christian worship and be able to lead congregations in meaningful, engaging worship experiences.
The successful candidate will be able to lead with confidence, demonstrate a deep knowledge of music theory and have the ability to create an atmosphere of reverence and joy.
We are looking for someone who is creative, organized and has a heart for leading others in worship.
Responsibilities:
Lead congregational singing and worship.
Prepare and lead worship services.
Plan and lead rehearsals for worship services.
Select appropriate music for worship services.
Provide spiritual guidance to the congregation.
Organize special events and activities related to worship.
Maintain a library of music for worship services.
